2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are subject to the terms, specifications, validity period, and conditions stated in the respective quotation. Product specifications, availability, pricing, taxes, transportation, installation, and other applicable charges will be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. An order will be considered confirmed only after written acceptance by Kings Textile Machinery and fulfilment of the agreed commercial requirements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, advance requirements, applicable taxes, and payment schedules will be specified in the individual quotation or order confirmation. Customers are responsible for making payments within the agreed timelines. Any applicable charges or consequences arising from delayed payments will be governed by the terms agreed between the customer and Kings Textile Machinery.
4. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines will be communicated based on machine availability, order specifications, transportation arrangements, and other applicable factors. Installation and commissioning, where included, will be carried out according to the agreed scope of work. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the required site conditions, utilities, access, and other installation requirements are ready before the scheduled installation.
5. Warranty
Warranty coverage for textile machinery will be provided according to the warranty terms specified in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or warranty documentation. Warranty coverage may be subject to proper installation, operation, maintenance, and use of the machinery in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper maintenance, accidents, or normal wear and tear may not be covered.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kings Textile Machinery shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use, operation, delay, or inability to use the machinery or services. Any liability relating to a specific product or service shall be subject to the terms agreed in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or contractual agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, product information, technical drawings, videos, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Kings Textile Machinery, unless otherwise stated. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
